Hi, I’m Tabi!
In Gwangju’s Dong-gu, choose Jeungsimsa on the slopes of Mudeungsan or the National Asian Culture Center downtown. Plan transport separately between the mountain temple and the cultural venue.
This guide covers places within Dong-gu, Gwangju, rather than places immediately beside your app check-in.

This temple is on the western foothills of Mudeungsan. The 2010 photograph looks up toward its grounds from the trail side. Treat temple visiting separately from a summit hike, and respect worship and access notices.

An official tourism article introduces meat jeon and buckwheat noodles in Dong-gu. Ask about meat, egg, wheat, buckwheat and preparation, and confirm current menus. This is not a guarantee that a particular restaurant is open.
Tabi suggests a short look around permitted visitor areas at the first stop, followed by a break. Check transport and access separately for the other destination.
