02 · A LITTLE BITE
Korea Tourism Organization introduces Chodang Dubu Village’s tofu culture, describing a tradition of ground beans coagulated with seawater-based salt water. Ingredients, preparation and seasonings vary by vendor. Check soy, added seafood, seasonings and allergies; no particular shop’s current menu or price is guaranteed.
