Hi, I’m Tabi!

Explore the different roles of a guesthouse and a Confucian school in Naju’s historic center. Follow the visitor boundaries at each site.

This guide covers places within Naju City, rather than places immediately beside your app check-in.

01 · EXPLORE

Two places to begin

Two different places: start with whichever interests you.

A first-visit stop

Geumseonggwan

錦城館

View the former guesthouse of Najumok from its courtyard. The 2016 image records its tiled roofs and long building frontage. Respect current visitor boundaries and any closures for events or repairs.

Getting there
Check the current approach and return transport on the map.

02

A first-visit stop

Naju Hyanggyo

羅州郷校

Visit this Confucian educational site on Hyanggyo-gil. A 2021 VisitKorea article gives the address as 38 Hyanggyo-gil. Confirm access for your visit rather than assuming that building interiors or ritual spaces are always open.

Getting there
Check the current approach and return transport on the map.

02 · A LITTLE BITE

What could you try?

Naju’s official guide highlights gomtang around Geumseonggwan. If you want a warm beef soup, check the individual restaurant’s ingredients, opening days and prices. Older descriptions do not guarantee today’s menu.

03 · YOUR FIRST WALK

Keep your first walk simple

Start on the first site’s open visitor paths, then check transport separately for your next stop.

Check the walking route

Check actual distances and travel times on the map. This suggested walk is separate from your app movement record.

Before you set off

  • Check entry arrangements and return transport first.
  • Choose one stop to suit weather, slopes and local restrictions.
  • Respect private areas and photography rules; check food ingredients locally.
