Hi, I’m Tabi!

Explore Gimje through Geumsansa’s temple grounds and the agricultural heritage of Byeokgolje. Plan separate transport between the two destinations.

This guide covers places within Gimje, rather than places immediately beside your app check-in.

01 · EXPLORE

Two places to begin

Two different places: start with whichever interests you.

A first-visit stop

Geumsansa

金山寺

This temple stands at the foot of Moaksan in Gimje’s Geumsan-myeon. The October 2007 photograph is a stitched panorama of buildings and the courtyard. It does not establish today’s layout or access; respect services and current signs.

Getting there
Check the current approach and return transport on the map.

02

A first-visit stop

Byeokgolje

碧骨堤

Explore embankment remains and agricultural-culture displays. Do not touch or climb heritage structures or exhibits; follow visitor routes. An illustration replaces a sculpture photograph whose underlying artwork rights were not established.

02 · A LITTLE BITE

What could you try?

Gimje’s official Geumsan-myeon introduction lists Wonpyeong pears as a local speciality. Check seasonal availability and origin when choosing fruit; it is not sold at every visitor site.

03 · YOUR FIRST WALK

Keep your first walk simple

Try the first destination’s permitted entrance → public areas. Choose the other stop after checking separate transport and access.

Check the walking route

Check actual distances and travel times on the map. This suggested walk is separate from your app movement record.

Before you set off

  • Check entry arrangements and return transport first.
  • Choose one stop to suit weather, slopes and local restrictions.
  • Respect private areas and photography rules; check food ingredients locally.
