This shrine is in Kajita. The January 2023 photograph shows its torii and approach. Take care on the steps, respect neighbouring homes and remain within permitted worship areas.

Shinmei Shrine, Takida

神明神社（滝田）

Find the shrine in Takida’s Nishiyama area, taking care to distinguish it from shrines with the same name elsewhere. The March 2024 photograph shows the worship building’s exterior. Follow signs and ceremony arrangements, and keep out of closed areas.

What could you try?

The restaurant at Hanyūri-no-Sato Tomika roadside station offers meals using local ingredients. Check the day’s menu, ingredients and availability. It is a separate stop rather than a restaurant immediately beside the shrines.
