A stage for kabuki sustained by villagers. This 2009 photograph shows the empty stage. Performances are occasional; check the calendar and grounds access.

Tachi-soba is a local buckwheat noodle dish; mountain vegetables, mushrooms and char also feature in regional cooking. Check seasonal availability and ingredients.
Try the Six Jizo area → the stage area → the heritage museum. Respect village life and worship spaces; prepare equipment and transport separately for Oze.
