Hi, I’m Tabi!
The app’s former Tachibana Town area became part of Yame City in 2010. This guide covers Tobikata Nature Park and Tanigawa Plum Grove within that area, rather than all Yame. The grove is closed outside its plum-viewing event.
This guide covers places within Tachibana area, rather than places immediately beside your app check-in.

Tobikata Nature Park
飛形自然公園
A park on Mount Tobikata offering mountain and plain scenery. Check mountain-road conditions and weather before approaching viewpoints. The cover photograph shows the second stop’s plum grove, rather than this park.

A privately owned production grove opened only during its plum-viewing event. Entry outside that period is not allowed. The photo shows blossoms in February 2008; do not enter for an autumn walk, and check future event notices.

Tachibana is known for citrus and ume plums. Look for seasonal fruit or processed plum products, distinguishing the blossom season from harvest time and checking availability and ingredients.
