Hi, I’m Tabi!

Toshima extends beyond busy Ikebukuro to Zoshigaya and Sugamo. Choose a historic building, a worship neighborhood or a shopping street for a manageable first visit.

This guide covers places within Toshima Ward, rather than places immediately beside your app check-in.

01 · EXPLORE

Three places to begin

Three places with different atmospheres. Start with the one that appeals to you instead of visiting them all.

03

A first-visit stop

Sugamo Jizo-dori Shopping Street

02 · A LITTLE BITE

What could you try?

Official guidance introduces dango at Daikokudo in the temple grounds. It can be a small snack alongside a visit, subject to current selling days and ingredient information.
