Hi, I’m Tabi!
Yotsukaido combines old-route history with parks and woodland in Chiba. Begin at the crossroads near the station or the general park, planning separate transport for the citizens’ forest.
This guide covers places within Yotsukaido, rather than places immediately beside your app check-in.

Yotsukaido General Park
四街道総合公園
A park with woodland, lawns and activity areas. Start with one marked path for a pause. The photo shows its entrance in November 2025; check sports-facility arrangements separately.
Getting there Check transport to the park at 161 Wada
An 1881 stone signpost stands at the crossroads associated with the city’s name. The photo dates from 2022. The old hackberry tree was removed in 2013. View the marker from pedestrian space, keeping out of traffic.
Getting there Check the approach from JR Yotsukaido station
Find trees and walking paths in this woodland beside Kuriyama Elementary School. A bird-water area does not guarantee sightings. Avoid collecting plants and take litter home.
Getting there Check separate transport to the woodland in Kuriyama
The city’s Sunday morning market at city hall’s third parking area features local vegetables, prepared foods and handmade baked goods. It offers a way to encounter local food rather than a single signature dish. Check notices for weather cancellations or early closing.
Try JR Yotsukaido station → pedestrian space at the historic crossroads, keeping access clear. Plan separate transport for the park and woodland and check current Sunday market arrangements.
