Shiroyama Park
城山公園
A park on the site of Sano Castle near the station. Enjoy trees and a quiet walk; this is a castle site rather than a surviving keep, and blossoms and foliage are seasonal.
Getting there Approach from the north side of JR/Tobu Sano station
A temple known locally for prayers against misfortune. Explore its buildings and religious culture, respecting worshippers and photography guidance. Religious benefits are not travel guarantees.
Getting there Check approaches from Sano or Sanoshi station
Opposite the temple entrance, browse visitor information, local crafts and souvenirs such as packaged Sano ramen. Check current notices because temporary closures can occur.
