Hi, I’m Tabi!
Visit the reconstructed gate and main bailey remains at Hachigata Castle Park in Yorii. These are two stops within the same castle site, where the focus is on terrain and surviving remains rather than a skyline of castle buildings.
This guide covers places within Yorii, rather than places immediately beside your app check-in.

Reconstructed Gate at Hachigata Castle Park
鉢形城公園の復元門
The gate pictured here is a modern reconstruction. The park presents surviving remains alongside reconstructed features. Read the interpretation boards and follow designated paths rather than treating the gate as an untouched original.

This stop within the same park offers a closer look at the castle terrain. The photograph shows trees and earthen slopes, not a keep. Take care on slippery ground after rain and near edges.

Yorii promotes mikan grown around Fuppu and Kanao. Picking depends on the season and participating orchards; check the current year’s schedule and admission, and do not pick fruit from ordinary walking paths.
Resized, metadata removed and converted to WebP; display crops vary by screen. Adapted CC BY-SA photos retain the original license.
Photos are historical material dated in the credits, not a guarantee of present scenery or operation. Places without photos use decorative name panels.
