Hi, I’m Tabi!

Kasukabe offers spring wisteria and the story of a post town on the Nikko road. Begin around the station, checking seasonal garden access before planning Tokaen.

This guide covers places within Kasukabe, rather than places immediately beside your app check-in.

牛島の藤

A garden known for spring wisteria. The hero shows flowers in May 2011 and the card its entrance in 2012. Access is seasonal; do not assume October entry or current blooms. Check official opening announcements.

02

A first-visit stop

Fuji Dori

ふじ通り

A street west of Kasukabe station with wisteria trellises. Flowers are a spring feature, not a year-round sight. Respect ordinary traffic and pedestrian space.

Getting there
Approach from the west side of Kasukabe station

03

A first-visit stop

Former Kasukabejuku Streets

粕壁宿

The former post town on the Nikko road corresponds to today’s Kasukabe Odori area. Read the city’s history guide while exploring the modern streets. The folk museum announces closure from October 1, 2026 through March 2028; this street walk does not include indoor exhibits.

Getting there
Approach Kasukabe Odori from east of Kasukabe station

02 · A LITTLE BITE

What could you try?

Fuji udon uses purple Ayamurasaki sweet potato and Saitama-grown Ayahikari wheat. Its color does not come from wisteria flowers. Check current availability and ingredients.

03 · YOUR FIRST WALK

Keep your first walk simple

Try the east side of Kasukabe station → the former post-town area around Kasukabe Odori. Read the official history guide, and plan Fuji Dori or the seasonal garden separately.

Check the walking route

Check actual distances and travel times on the map. This suggested walk is separate from your app movement record.

Before you set off

  • Check current entry rules, opening information and return transport.
