Hi, I’m Tabi!

Saiki in Oita combines castle-town heritage and coastal scenery. Check onward access from Saiki Station and your return. Plan separate transport for the lighthouse at the peninsula’s tip.

This guide covers places within Saiki, rather than places immediately beside your app check-in.

02 · A LITTLE BITE

What could you try?

Gomadashi udon is associated with Saiki, adding a fish-and-sesame-based seasoning to udon. Check fish species, wheat, sesame, current menus and allergens.

03 · YOUR FIRST WALK

Keep your first walk simple

Try a permitted castle-trail entrance → a suitable public path. Do not force a summit walk; plan the lighthouse separately.

Check the walking route

Check actual distances and travel times on the map. This suggested walk is separate from your app movement record.

Before you set off

  • Check entry arrangements and return transport first.
  • Choose one stop to suit weather, slopes and local restrictions.
  • Respect private areas and photography rules; check food ingredients locally.
