Kurotaki Suspension Bridge
黒滝吊橋
A suspension bridge at Mori Monogatari Mura in Awaidani, photographed from its deck in May 2019. Crossing is optional if height or movement makes you uncomfortable. Check wind, rain and maintenance closures; do not run or lean on the rails.
Getting there Check the current approach and return transport on the map.
A mountain temple in Torisumi whose associated cultural properties are listed by the village. The June 2014 photograph shows a building exterior, not statues or exhibits. Check roads and visiting access, and treat religious traditions as traditions rather than medical or historical proof.
Getting there Check the current approach and return transport on the map.
Village specialties include handmade Kurotaki konjac and hesomochi, a mugwort rice cake with sweet bean filling. Check broths, seasonings and allergens; availability and opening days differ by shop.
