Susaki’s nabeyaki ramen combines thin noodles with chicken-based soy-sauce broth in a hot pot. The city guide describes toppings such as spring onion, chikuwa and egg. Check each shop’s ingredients, menu and opening days, and take care with the hot pot and broth.
