Hi, I’m Tabi!
Discover Kashiwajima’s island scenery and Kannon Rock on the Odo coast in Otsuki, Kochi, distinct from Otsuki city in Yamanashi. The photograph shows Kashiwajima at dusk in April 2011, not current sea colours or swimming conditions.
This guide covers places within Otsuki, rather than places immediately beside your app check-in.

Enjoy the island and sea where bridges connect to the peninsula. The April 2011 photograph is a distant view, not the visitor centre or a diving scene. Respect residents and harbour work, using designated parking and public viewpoints.
Getting there Check the current approach and return transport on the map.
This rock below the Odo coast’s cliffs takes its name from its resemblance to Kannon. View it from permitted points along the path, avoiding cliff edges and any descent below. Check wind, waves, path restrictions and return transport first.

Higashiyama is a local sweet-potato snack described by the town as thoroughly cooked and dried. Check origin, ingredients and stock when looking in local shops. Do not assume every shop always sells it or uses the same method.
