Hi, I’m Tabi!

Explore Shirayama and a former government office in Miki Town, Kagawa. This is separate from Miki City in Hyogo. Plan transport between the mountain area and Ikenobe Community Hall.

This guide covers places within Miki, rather than places immediately beside your app check-in.

01 · EXPLORE

Two places to begin

Two different places: start with whichever interests you.

Mount Shirayama

白山(しらやま)

Shirayama is one of the mountains known as the Seven Sanuki Fujis. The 2016 photograph shows its southern profile, not trail conditions. Enjoy the view from below, or check the current route and return time before climbing.

Getting there
Check the current approach and return transport on the map.

Ikenobe Community Hall, the former Kita District Office, 201702

A first-visit stop

Ikenobe Community Hall (Former Kita District Office)

池戸公民館(旧木田郡役所)

The former Kita District Office now serves as a community hall. The 2017 photograph shows its distinctive roof dormers. As this is a local community facility, check interior visiting arrangements and events first.

Getting there

02 · A LITTLE BITE

What could you try?

Miki’s tourism association introduces Nyoho and Sanukihime strawberries. Fresh fruit and processed products have different seasons and ingredients; check at the shop. This does not imply strawberry picking is currently available.

Check the walking route

Check actual distances and travel times on the map. This suggested walk is separate from your app movement record.

Before you set off

  • Check entry arrangements and return transport first.
  • Choose one stop to suit weather, slopes and local restrictions.
  • Respect private areas and photography rules; check food ingredients locally.
