A former post town on the Inaba road, with riverside storehouses and homes. Respect residents and private property while viewing from public streets. The photograph dates from 2006.

Shukubamachi Hirafuku roadside station

道の駅宿場町ひらふく

Browse regional produce and food at this roadside station, renewed in 2025. Check shop and restaurant arrangements separately. The hilltop Rikan Castle site allows entry only with an authorized guide.
