Hi, I’m Tabi!
Tatebayashi offers azalea parks, temple folklore and noodle food culture in Gunma. Flower viewing and visiting Morinji are separate outings: check season and access and begin with one.
This guide covers places within Tatebayashi, rather than places immediately beside your app check-in.

Tsutsujigaoka Park
つつじが岡公園
A park of old azalea plants and seasonal scenery. The photograph dates to spring 2010 and guarantees no current flowering. Check separate arrangements for park areas and paid or seasonal viewing sections, leaving plants untouched.
Getting there Locate the park in Tsutsujimachi and check current transport and entrances on the official map; review flower-viewing areas separately.
A temple linked to the Bunbuku Chagama tale, with traditional architecture. The photo shows its gate and surroundings in 2006, not access to every interior or treasure. Treat the story as folklore and respect worship, photography and protected areas.
Getting there Check Morinji’s location in Horikucho and its current approach using official guidance, separately from the park outing.
The city tourism association introduces udon as a regional meal example. Check wheat noodles and actual broth, toppings and allergens with vendors. Recipes vary; no particular shop, current menu or price is guaranteed.
Resized, metadata removed and converted to WebP; display crops vary by screen. Adapted CC BY-SA photos retain the original license.
Photos are historical material dated in the credits, not a guarantee of present scenery or operation. Places without photos use decorative name panels.
