타비패스 구매·복원·갱신·환불 확인과 계정 연결을 위해 상품 ID, 거래·원거래 식별자, 스토어·검증 환경, 구매 및 만료 시각, 갱신·환불 상태, 앱 계정 식별자와 연결 토큰, 이용권 이전 및 첫 구매 코인 지급 기록을 처리합니다. 결제는 Apple이 처리하며 개발자는 카드번호·결제 비밀번호를 수집하지 않습니다.

App Storeのガイドラインに基づき、取得したApple Healthデータは当サービスの機能提供目的以外には一切使用しません。
当サービスは、データ管理および広告配信のためにGoogleのFirebaseおよびAdMobプラットフォームを利用しています。これに伴い、データは米国等にあるGoogleのデータセンター（安全管理措置が講じられている環境）に転送され、保管されます。
当サービスは、取り扱う個人データの漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の個人データの安全管理のために、アクセス権限の制限、暗号化通信の採用など、必要かつ適切な措置を講じています。
ユーザーは、アプリ内の【設定 ＞ アカウント削除（退会）】から、いつでも自由にアカウントを削除できます。退会手続きが完了すると、サーバーに保存されていたユーザーのアカウント情報および仮想旅行データは直ちに完全に消去され、復元することはできません。

購入、復元、更新、返金、アカウント接続のため、商品ID、取引・元取引ID、ストア・検証環境、購入・期限時刻、更新・返金状態、アプリアカウントID・接続トークン、権限移行と初回コイン付与記録を処理します。決済はAppleが行い、開発者はカード番号・決済パスワードを取得しません。
検証情報はAppleとGoogle Firebaseで処理します。購入・権限・報酬記録は確認、復元、サポート、重複報酬・不正防止のため一般プロフィールと別の購入台帳に保存します。退会・アプリ削除後も必要最小限の購入記録が直ちに削除されない場合があります。目的が終了すると削除し、法定記録は該当目的・期間のみ保存します。韓国法が適用される契約・撤回および決済・提供記録は5年、苦情・紛争処理は3年です。開示・削除等は support@dzerocorp.com にご連絡ください。
同意状態に応じ、購入画面表示、価格選択、購入結果、復元、購読状態、商品、通貨、金額等をFirebase Analyticsへ送信し、購入フロー・売上と接続されたGoogle Adsのコンバージョンを測定できます。元取引ID、レシート、移行詳細を広告用イベントに送信せず、健康・姿勢・活動データを購入広告のターゲティングに使用しません。開発・Sandbox取引は本番購入と区別します。既存の分析・広告同意と撤回案内が適用されます。

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Firebase Analytics collection is enabled only when you consent to analytics storage through the Google UMP consent message. Google processes app usage events, app-instance identifiers and device information to measure usage and improve the service. Analytics consent is handled separately from ad user data and ad personalization consent, and health and activity data are not sent to advertising providers. Collection is disabled when consent is refused or not yet confirmed. You can change or withdraw your choice through the app’s advertising privacy settings; withdrawal stops subsequent analytics collection. TabiWalk ("the Service") respects your privacy and complies with applicable global data protection regulations.
TabiWalk DOES NOT track, collect, or store your actual real-world GPS coordinates, routes, or location history on our servers.
The Service does not provide real-time location tracking services.
All stored travel data is a simulated "virtual progress" generated purely by converting your daily step count and activity data from Apple Health. While your approximate location may be checked temporarily during specific check-in actions, your actual coordinates are never stored on our servers.
In strict compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines, Apple Health data is utilized solely for calculating your in-app virtual travel progress.
We infrastructure our Service using Google Firebase and Google AdMob. Consequently, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your residency (e.g., the United States), where Google maintains its secure cloud data centers.
You can request to delete your account and associated data at any time directly within the app by navigating to [Settings > Delete Account]. Upon confirmation, all your personal identifiers and virtual travel history stored on our servers will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our databases without delay.

Region guide webpages ask for separate optional consent to use Google Analytics to measure page views, time visible on screen, article scroll depth, content region IDs and page language, and browser/device information. If allowed, Google may use cookies to identify web visits. In the dedicated webview of a signed-in app, we send the same pseudonymous account identifier (User-ID) to Google Analytics to link usage records only when analytics is permitted in both the app and the webpage and app collection is enabled. Shared links never include this identifier. The User-ID passed by the app is not saved in web local storage or our own cookies. Signing out, switching accounts, withdrawing app analytics consent or disabling development/test collection clears this connection and stops subsequent web analytics in that app webview. We do not send health information, personal location or URL queries in this web analytics. Visible time does not prove reading or measure gaze. You can read without consenting and change or withdraw your choice through Content analytics settings at the page footer. Withdrawal stops subsequent analytics and attempts to delete analytics cookies on this website; it does not automatically delete previously collected records. To verify purchases, restore access, process renewals and refunds and link accounts, we process product IDs, transaction and original transaction IDs, store and verification environment, purchase and expiry times, renewal/refund status, app-account identifiers and linking tokens, entitlement-transfer and first-purchase coin records. Apple handles payment; we do not collect card numbers or payment passwords.
Verification information is processed by Apple and Google Firebase. Purchase, entitlement and reward records are kept in a purchase ledger separate from regular profile data for verification, restoration, support and duplicate-reward and fraud prevention. Necessary minimum purchase records may remain after account deletion or app removal. We delete records when their purpose ends and retain legally required records only for the applicable purpose and period. Where Korean law applies, contract/withdrawal and payment/supply records are retained for five years and complaint/dispute records for three years. Subject to consent status, we send paywall views, plan selections, checkout outcomes, restores, subscription status, product, currency and amount events to Firebase Analytics to measure purchase flow and revenue, including conversion measurement through linked Google Ads. We do not send original transaction IDs, receipts or account-transfer details as advertising events or use health, pose or activity data to target purchase ads. Development and Sandbox purchases are distinguished from production. Existing analytics and advertising consent and withdrawal rules apply.

Google·카카오·LINE 로그인 제공자가 전달하는 계정 식별자와 이메일(제공되는 경우), Firebase 사용자 식별자를 계정 인증과 관리에 사용합니다. 이용자가 입력한 닉네임, 프로필 사진, 상태 메시지, 영역 색상, 모멘트 사진·문구, 가상 여행 위치·방향·방문 국가·체크인·수집품·카드·코인·레벨·챌린지 및 동행 기록을 처리합니다. 앱 설치 식별자, 알림 토큰, 기기·OS 정보, 접속·오류·분석 기록과 광고 관련 정보도 기능 제공에 필요한 범위에서 처리합니다.
명시적으로 허용한 경우 Health Connect의 걸음 수, 이동 거리, 활동 에너지(소모 칼로리), 운동 세션을 읽어 활동 통계, 가상 여행 진행, 레벨 및 활동 보상, 챌린지·동행 목표를 계산합니다. 신체 활동 권한을 허용하면 기기의 걸음 센서도 사용합니다. 일별 걸음·거리·활동 에너지·운동 시간 및 운동 요약, 이를 바탕으로 계산한 여행 진행 값은 계정 동기화와 해당 기능 제공을 위해 Firebase에 저장됩니다. 건강 데이터가 기기 안에서만 처리되는 것은 아닙니다.
앱에서 운동을 완료하고 저장을 선택한 경우, 쓰기 권한을 허용한 운동 세션과 활동 에너지를 Health Connect에 기록합니다. 걸음 수나 이동 거리 기록을 임의로 추가하지 않습니다. 진행 중인 운동은 알림이 표시되는 포그라운드 서비스로 화면을 벗어난 동안에도 측정될 수 있습니다. Health Connect 및 Android 설정에서 읽기·쓰기·신체 활동 권한을 각각 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한 철회는 이후 접근을 중단하지만 이미 서버에 저장된 기록을 자동 삭제하지는 않습니다. Health Connect에 저장된 기록은 Health Connect에서 별도로 관리·삭제할 수 있습니다.
Health Connect 및 센서에서 얻은 건강·활동 데이터는 이용자가 기대하는 활동·여행 기능 제공에만 사용합니다. 광고 개인화, 마케팅, 신용 평가, 보험 심사 또는 데이터 판매에 사용하지 않으며 광고 네트워크에 제공하지 않습니다. 기능 제공에 필요한 클라우드 처리 외의 목적으로 건강 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. Android 건강 권한 및 Health Connect의 제한적 사용 요건을 준수합니다. 본 앱은 의료기기가 아니며 진단이나 치료를 제공하지 않습니다.
자세 챌린지는 카메라 영상을 기기 내에서 분석해 운동 횟수를 계산합니다. 이 기능의 카메라 영상과 관절 좌표는 서버로 전송하거나 영상 파일로 녹화하지 않습니다. 완료 사진은 사용자가 저장을 선택한 경우에만 기기의 사진 저장소에 저장되며, 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다.
위치 권한은 여행 시작 지점 설정, 지도에서 내 위치 확인, 해당 위치 기능 및 운동 중 거리 계산에 사용합니다. 운동 거리 계산을 위한 실제 위치는 기기에서 처리하며 실제 GPS 이동 경로를 서버에 업로드하는 기능은 제공하지 않습니다. 서버에는 앱의 가상 여행 좌표, 국가·지역, 체크인 등 진행 기록이 저장됩니다. 출발 지점을 현재 위치로 선택한 경우 가상 좌표가 실제 위치와 일치할 수 있습니다. 공개 모멘트·랭킹·주변 여행자·동행 기능에서는 해당 화면의 범위에 따라 닉네임, 프로필, 가상 위치, 게시물과 활동·여행 진행 정보가 다른 이용자에게 표시될 수 있습니다. 사용자가 직접 선택하거나 촬영하여 저장한 프로필·모멘트 사진은 Firebase Storage에 업로드됩니다.
계정 인증·동기화·파일 보관·알림·오류 분석에는 Google Firebase, 지도에는 Google Maps, 광고에는 Google AdMob 및 앱에 적용된 미디에이션 광고 파트너를 사용합니다. Google·카카오·LINE은 선택한 로그인 기능을 제공합니다. 이 과정에서 각 기능에 필요한 정보가 해당 제공자에게 전달되며, 해외 인프라에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 광고 SDK는 광고 ID(AAID, 사용 가능한 경우), 기기 정보, IP 주소에 따른 대략적 위치 및 광고 상호작용 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 건강 데이터는 광고 제공자에게 보내지 않습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 광고 동의 화면을 제공하며, 앱의 광고 개인정보 설정 및 Android 광고 설정에서 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다. 외부 제공자가 자체적으로 처리하는 정보와 보유 기간에는 해당 제공자의 정책이 적용됩니다.
계정과 서비스 기록은 기능 제공에 필요한 동안 보관하며, 탈퇴 또는 처리 목적 달성 시 관련 데이터를 지체 없이 삭제합니다. MY → 설정 → 회원 탈퇴에서 삭제를 요청할 수 있고, 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 support@dzerocorp.com으로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 요청하며 비밀번호나 인증 코드를 요구하지 않습니다. 계정 삭제와 연결된 서버·파일 정리는 순차적으로 처리될 수 있습니다. 법령에 따른 보관 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 목적과 기간에 한해 분리 보관합니다. 앱 삭제나 건강 권한 철회만으로 계정이 삭제되지는 않습니다.

타비패스 구매·복원·구독 상태 확인을 위해 서비스 계정 식별자, Google Play 구매 토큰과 주문 식별자, 상품·요금제, 구매·갱신·만료 시각, 결제 확인·취소·환불 상태 및 이용권 연결·이전·첫 구매 보상 기록을 처리합니다. 구매 증거를 서버에서 Google Play와 확인하고 구독 알림을 받아 이용권 및 중복 지급 방지를 관리합니다. 카드번호·카드 보안코드 등 결제 수단 정보는 앱이 수집하지 않으며 Google Play가 처리합니다. 구매 토큰을 광고나 분석 이벤트로 전송하지 않습니다. 관련 기록은 서비스 제공·분쟁 처리 및 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 범위와 기간 동안 보관하며, 계정 삭제만으로 Google Play 구독이 해지되지는 않습니다.
EEA、英国およびスイスでは、Google UMPの同意メッセージで分析データの保存に同意した場合にのみ、Firebase Analyticsの収集を有効にします。Googleはアプリ利用イベント、アプリインスタンス識別子および端末情報を処理し、利用状況の測定とサービス改善に使用します。分析の同意状態は広告ユーザーデータおよび広告のパーソナライズの同意と別に扱い、健康・活動データを広告事業者へ送信しません。同意が拒否されている場合や未確認の場合、分析収集は無効です。アプリの広告プライバシー設定で選択の変更や撤回ができ、撤回後は以降の分析収集を停止します。撤回によって既に処理されたデータが自動削除されるわけではありません。権利に関するご依頼はsupport@dzerocorp.comまでお問い合わせください。Googleによる処理と保存にはGoogleプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

Google・カカオ・LINEから提供されるアカウント識別子とメールアドレス（提供される場合）、Firebaseユーザー識別子を認証とアカウント管理に使用します。設定したニックネーム、プロフィール写真、ステータスメッセージ、エリアの色、モーメントの写真・文章、仮想旅行の座標・方向、訪問国、チェックイン、コレクション、カード、コイン、レベル、チャレンジ、旅の仲間の記録を処理します。機能提供に必要なインストール識別子、通知トークン、端末・OS情報、利用・エラー・分析記録、広告関連情報も処理します。
明示的な許可に基づき、ヘルスコネクトの歩数、距離、アクティブ消費カロリー、運動セッションを読み取り、活動統計、仮想旅行の進行、レベル、活動報酬、チャレンジや旅の仲間の目標を計算します。身体活動の権限がある場合は端末の歩数センサーも利用します。日別の歩数・距離・エネルギー・運動時間、運動の要約、それらから算出した旅行の進行情報は、アカウントの同期と当該機能のためにFirebaseへ保存されます。健康データの処理は端末内だけに限定されません。
アプリ内で運動を完了して保存を選択した場合、書き込みを許可された運動セッションとアクティブ消費カロリーをヘルスコネクトへ記録します。歩数や距離の記録を任意に追加することはありません。進行中の運動は、通知を表示するフォアグラウンドサービスにより画面を離れた間も測定される場合があります。ヘルスコネクトやAndroid設定で読み取り・書き込み・身体活動の権限を個別に取り消せます。取り消し後のアクセスは停止しますが、保存済みのサーバーデータは自動削除されません。ヘルスコネクトに保存した記録は同サービスで別途管理・削除できます。
ヘルスコネクトとセンサーの健康・活動データは、利用者が期待する活動・旅行機能のためだけに使用します。広告のパーソナライズ、マーケティング、信用判断、保険審査、データ販売には使用せず、広告ネットワークへ提供しません。機能に必要なクラウド処理以外の目的で第三者へ健康データを提供しません。Android健康権限とヘルスコネクトに適用される限定的使用の要件を遵守します。本アプリは医療機器ではなく、診断や治療を提供しません。
姿勢チャレンジでは、カメラ映像を端末内で解析して運動の回数を計算します。この機能のカメラ映像や関節座標をサーバーへ送信したり、動画ファイルとして録画したりすることはありません。完了写真は、ユーザーが保存を選択した場合のみ端末の写真ストレージに保存され、サーバーにはアップロードされません。
位置情報の権限は、出発地点の設定、地図での現在地確認、関連する位置機能、運動中の距離計算に使用します。運動距離計算の実際の位置は端末内で処理し、実際のGPS移動経路をサーバーへアップロードする機能はありません。サーバーには仮想旅行座標、国・地域、チェックインなどの進行情報を保存します。現在地を出発地点に選ぶと、仮想座標が実際の位置と一致する場合があります。公開モーメント、ランキング、周辺の旅行者、旅の仲間では、機能の範囲に応じてニックネーム、プロフィール、仮想位置、投稿、活動・旅行の進行状況が他の利用者に表示される場合があります。選択または撮影して保存したプロフィール・モーメント写真はFirebase Storageへアップロードされます。
認証・同期・ファイル保管・通知・診断にGoogle Firebase、地図にGoogle Maps、広告にGoogle AdMobとアプリへ組み込まれたメディエーション広告パートナーを使用します。Google・カカオ・LINEは選択したログイン機能を提供します。各機能に必要な情報は該当事業者へ送信され、国外のインフラで処理される場合があります。広告SDKはAndroid広告ID（AAID、利用可能な場合）、端末情報、IPアドレスに基づくおおよその位置、広告操作情報を処理することがあります。健康データは広告事業者に送信しません。必要な地域では広告の同意画面を表示し、アプリの広告プライバシー設定やAndroid広告設定で選択を管理できます。外部事業者が独自に処理する情報や保管期間には各社のポリシーが適用されます。
機能提供に必要な期間、アカウントと利用記録を保管し、退会または目的達成時に関連データを遅滞なく削除します。MY → 設定 → アカウント削除から手続きできます。アプリを利用できない場合はsupport@dzerocorp.comへ削除を依頼できます。本人確認に必要な最小限の情報のみを求め、パスワードや認証コードは求めません。アカウント削除と関連するサーバー・ファイルの削除は順次処理される場合があります。法令による保管義務がある情報は、該当する目的と期間に限って分離して保管します。アンインストールや健康権限の取り消しだけではアカウントは削除されません。
開示、訂正、削除、処理停止、同意撤回のご依頼はsupport@dzerocorp.comへご連絡ください。暗号化通信やアカウントごとのアクセス制御などを適用します。変更は本ページまたはアプリで告知し、必要に応じて別途同意を取得します。Androidポリシー更新日：2026年10月5日。
購入・復元・定期購入状態の確認のため、サービスアカウント識別子、Google Play購入トークンと注文識別子、商品・プラン、購入・更新・有効期限、承認・解約・返金状態、権限接続・移行・初回購入特典の記録を処理します。サーバーでGoogle Playと購入証拠を確認し、定期購入通知により権限と重複付与を管理します。カード番号やセキュリティコードなどの決済手段情報はアプリで収集せずGoogle Playが処理します。購入トークンは広告・分析イベントに送信しません。関連記録はサービス提供、紛争対応、法的義務の履行に必要な範囲と期間で保持します。退会のみではGoogle Playの定期購入は解約されません。
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Firebase Analytics collection is enabled only when you consent to analytics storage through the Google UMP consent message. Google processes app usage events, app-instance identifiers and device information to measure usage and improve the service. Analytics consent is handled separately from ad user data and ad personalization consent, and health and activity data are not sent to advertising providers. Collection is disabled when consent is refused or not yet confirmed. You can change or withdraw your choice through the app’s advertising privacy settings; withdrawal stops subsequent analytics collection. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already processed. Contact support@dzerocorp.com for rights requests. Google’s processing and retention are subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

We use account identifiers and email addresses, where supplied by Google, Kakao or LINE, together with a Firebase user identifier for sign-in and account management. We process your chosen nickname, profile photo, status message, territory color, Moment photos and text, virtual travel position and direction, visited countries, check-ins, collectibles, cards, coins, levels, challenges and Travel Friends records. Installation identifiers, notification tokens, device and OS information, usage, error and analytics records, and advertising information are processed as needed for these features.
With your explicit permission, we read steps, distance, active calories burned and exercise sessions from Health Connect to calculate activity statistics, virtual travel progress, levels, activity rewards, challenges and Travel Friends goals. With physical activity permission, we also use device step sensors. Daily step, distance, energy and exercise-time totals, workout summaries and derived travel progress are stored in Firebase for account synchronization and these user-facing features. Health data is not processed exclusively on your device.
When you finish a workout in the app and choose to save it, we write the exercise session and active calories burned to Health Connect with your write permission. We do not fabricate additional step or distance records. An ongoing workout may continue measuring while you leave the screen through a foreground service with a visible notification. You can revoke reading, writing and physical activity permissions separately in Health Connect or Android settings. Revocation stops subsequent access but does not automatically delete information already stored on our servers. Records saved in Health Connect can be managed and deleted separately in Health Connect.
Health and activity data from Health Connect and device sensors are used only for the activity and travel features users expect. They are not used for advertising personalization, marketing, credit decisions, insurance eligibility or data sales, and are not supplied to advertising networks. Health data is not shared for purposes other than the cloud processing necessary to provide these features. We comply with the limited-use requirements applicable to Android health permissions and Health Connect. TabiWalk is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.
Pose challenges analyze camera images on your device to count exercise repetitions. Camera images and joint coordinates from this feature are not sent to a server or recorded as video files. Completion photos are saved to your device’s photo storage only when you choose to save them and are not uploaded to a server.
Location permission supports choosing a starting point, viewing your current location on the map, relevant location features and measuring distance during workouts. Actual locations used for workout distance are processed on the device; the app does not upload a real-world GPS route to our servers. Servers store virtual travel coordinates, countries, regions, check-ins and progress. A virtual starting coordinate may match your actual location when you choose your current location as the starting point. Public Moments, rankings, nearby travelers and Travel Friends may display your nickname, profile, virtual location, posts and activity or travel progress to other users according to the feature. Profile and Moment photos you select or capture and save are uploaded to Firebase Storage.
We use Google Firebase for authentication, synchronization, file storage, notifications and diagnostics; Google Maps for maps; and Google AdMob and the mediation advertising partners integrated into the app for advertisements. Google, Kakao and LINE provide the sign-in method you select. Information needed for each feature is transmitted to the relevant provider and may be processed on infrastructure outside your country. Advertising SDKs may process the Android advertising ID (AAID, when available), device information, approximate location derived from IP addresses and ad interactions. Health data is not sent to advertising providers. Where required, we present advertising consent choices; you can manage available choices through the app’s advertising privacy options and Android advertising settings. Providers’ own processing and retention are subject to their respective policies.
We retain account and service records while needed to provide features and delete associated data without undue delay when you withdraw or its purpose ends. Request deletion through MY → Settings → Delete Account, or email support@dzerocorp.com if you cannot use the app. We request only the minimum information needed to verify ownership, never passwords or verification codes. Account deletion and associated server and file cleanup may occur in successive steps. Data subject to a legal retention obligation is kept separately only for the applicable purpose and period. Uninstalling the app or revoking health permissions does not delete your account.
For access, correction, deletion, processing restriction or consent withdrawal requests, contact support@dzerocorp.com. We apply safeguards including encrypted transmission and account-based access controls. Policy changes are announced on this page or in the app, with separate consent where required. Android policy updated: October 5, 2026.
For purchase verification, restoration and subscription status, we process the service account identifier, Google Play purchase tokens and order identifiers, product and base plan, purchase, renewal and expiration times, acknowledgement, cancellation and refund status, and records of entitlement ownership, transfer and first-purchase rewards. Our server verifies purchase evidence with Google Play and receives subscription notifications to manage access and prevent duplicate rewards. The app does not collect card numbers or card security codes; Google Play handles payment methods. Purchase tokens are not sent in advertising or analytics events. We retain related records for the scope and period needed to provide the service, handle disputes and fulfill legal obligations. Deleting your TabiWalk account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
